A NOTE FROM MAGGIE

You could say this business is a love letter, of sorts, to those who have carried their own creative businesses through numerous seasons and worn many hats.

My journey in the wedding and event industry began in the winter of 2017, accepting a position on the venue side. Like many of us, I founded Ginkgo Method after a few twists and turns, to serve a community I had fallen in love with.

I'm on a mission to help creative event businesses fall in love with the 'behind-the-scenes' of their work. I believe that a thriving creative spirit deserves an equally organized and supportive business foundation.

After all this time, I still get star-struck by so many of you and what you’ve built. I appreciate the behind-the-scenes grit of such a seemingly polished industry and I aim to fill gaps by creating an inviting, professional, and warm space to drop (or throw down) those heavy weights you’ve been holding up.

Authenticity is at the heart of my approach. I believe in honest conversations, both with each other and with ourselves, about what truly serves your business and what doesn't. My work is guided by the principle of getting to know the person behind the brand first. This understanding informs how we can create a tailored system that not only delivers impactful results but also supports the individual who uses it, fostering long-term sustainability.
